We all have our own definition of success, happiness and life. All of us perceive things differently, for some people success or happiness is only money, for some people material objects and for some people peaceful and satisfied life. How to improve your lifestyle or quality of life is a big question and in our entire life we keep on trying to find out the ways to answer this. We always keep on trying to improve our lifestyle, try to learn new things and try to prepare ourselves for the future.

As per my understanding, life is just like time. The time is running, it never stops, our life is also running and will end one day. As time, doesn’t bother about anything, our life also doesn’t bother, it keeps on moving, either good or bad. The thing that can make a difference is the purpose of our life. The purpose of our life decides, what we want to achieve, how we want to live and how we can succeed, how we can improve our lifestyle and stay happy.

First of all, we have to focus on the purpose of our existence. Why God sent us to this world? What does He want from us? Why God created us human being, why not animal or other. When we know the objective or purpose of our existence, then we can easily know, what is actual success and happiness. What we should achieve in our life and how we can succeed.

Remember, life is not the same for everyone. For someone, it might be a bed of roses but for most people it’s difficult. We are not here just to sit and enjoy. We are here to struggle, to work and make our and people’s life beautiful. While choosing a purpose, objective or goal we should not just think about ourselves, we must think about our community, our surroundings and the well-being of our society as a whole. Being a human, it’s our social responsibility to work for humanity and make this world beautiful for every living life.

We always keep on changing things, improving ourselves with different means and keep searching for inner peace in our whole life. Improving life is a continuous process and we can’t change our life just in one day. It is unrealistic to make sudden changes for improvement. In order to improve our lifestyle, we need to be consistent and start improving small things then gradually we can move on to the complex or difficult things to change.

We can succeed and achieve happiness by improving our lifestyle and promoting a sense of well-being in our society. There are multiple ways to change and improve the quality of your life. Learn about Yourself:

To improve your lifestyle, I think it’s mandatory to know about your own strength and weaknesses. If you don’t know yourself you can’t grow. Know your skills, expertise, stamina, intelligence, and creativity. Get to know, what you can do. What you love, what you hate. Find out the things which inspire and motivate you. All these elements help you to find out the purpose of your life and how you can get happiness.

Set Some Realistic Goals:

Setting some realistic goals is very important for success. First, consider what you want to achieve. Put them in written form and craft the action plan for their achievement. While setting the goals, don’t forget the term SMART goals which is, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Bound. Goals provide direction and motivate us to work hard for a better future and lifestyle. Personal goals provide sense of purpose, satisfaction and happiness.

Bring Consistency to Your Routine:

Consistency is the key to success and plays a vital role in improving the lifestyle, and getting happiness. Consistency is about your behaviour. It referred to the adherence to the same rules, ways and principles that lead to success. If you are not consistent with your goals, ways, and routine that can lead to a healthy lifestyle, then you cannot improve yourself.

Don’t Take the Things Personally:

Don’t let people discourage you. If someone passes comments about your failure, personality or treat you poorly. Please, don’t take it personally and get angry. Be loyal to yourself. If you are not honest with yourself then you should not expect loyalty from others. Accept your shortcomings and problems. Stop Making Lame Excuses:

We all make excuses before admitting to our mistakes. It’s our nature, not to accept mistakes. Stop doing this, this habit will never help you to attain your goals. I don’t have time to fix this, there is no opportunity for me, I can’t take a risk, I will see this later etc., we all speak these lines on a daily basis. Take responsibility for your mistakes and stop living in past. So, identify your weaknesses, focus on your strength and lift yourself up to work hard and shine in your life.

Exercise Well, Practice Yoga and Meditation:

Exercise is very important for our internal and external health. Yoga, exercise or meditation help us to focus on our dreams, reduce stress and improve our standard of life. I am not asking you to spend hours in the gym, but you must give around 30 to 45 minutes to your health on daily basis. Get up early in the morning, eat some fresh oxygen that will open and activate your brain internal cells, practice yoga and meditation. This will help you in building a healthy lifestyle and happiness.

Helping others is an act of kindness and can make someone life beautiful. If you want a wave of inner peace, please try this. Helping others in different ways is a great gesture and helps in building a sound and valuable society. This is a sense of social responsibility that we must contribute to our community. This helps in creating feel-good factors and a sense of belonging, satisfaction and happiness. This gesture helps in improving the ethical values and lifestyle of society as a whole.

Travel as Much as You can:

Travelling is one of the great sources of learning, exploring new things and achieving cultural diversity. Travelling helps us to learn about the culture of various societies, to enhance our knowledge and open doors for new opportunities to build our career. So, spare some time for travelling. You should spend some of your holidays exploring new places, ideas and ways to bring happiness to your life.

Give Some Time to Your Family:

Family relationships play an important role in our psychological well-being and success. Our parents, spouses, kids and other members always support us in our good and bad times. Healthy and supportive relations always promote a feeling of satisfaction and reduce the level of stress. So, spend some quality time with your loved ones, which will help in building a healthy value, family norms and a healthy lifestyle.

Add Some great friend to your Social Circle:

Having some great friends and beautiful people in our social circle always have a good impact on our lifestyle. Be positive, you are not getting sick and alone but it’s our life anything can happen to us. You cannot work your whole life.
