Our Delivery Service

We take 2 to a maximum of 5 working days to complete the clients’ assignments after receiving the payment and documents. Sometimes, during a period of high demand or content updating or additional requirements from your side, this might take a day or so longer. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following day. In case of any failure from our side to design or deliver your order, you can claim a refund as per our refund policy. We cannot be held answerable for any further losses incurred as a result of failure to meet any specific requirements.

Payments

Online payments are not processed directly on our website while purchasing our products and services. While making payments you would be redirected to a secure international PayPal platform to complete your payment. You can also pay through Western Union and bank transfer as well. We don’t accept checks. Make the full payment as per mentioned prices to complete the order. For Online payments, you can make payment through your PayPal account or you can also use your debit/credit card to make payment. So please ensure the availability of sufficient funds/credit in your bank or PayPal account before making payment. Be assured we do not handle/save any customers credit/debit card details. In case of any error during the payment process, we assist our valued customers in all possible ways by connecting with PayPal. We are not liable for any payment delay; non-delivery of unpaid orders and we are not responsible or bound to inform you of the refusal.

Cancellation & Return Policy

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of your purchase. But we will charge an admin fee depending on how much work has already been done on your assignment or order. We refund the amount within 1 week after order cancellation and the refund is processed after deducting the admin fee. No refund request would be entertained if you have received the first draft of our services.

Inquiries & Complaints

We try our level best to respond all the emails, inquiries and complaints within a maximum of 72 working hours from receipt. All the correspondence must be done in writing through our emailing address.
